Exit at Sonborner Kreuz, than follow the L74 towards Remscheid. At the large crossroads continue straight ahead (Kohlfurth). Just before the next intersection, turn left into Morsbachtalstrasse (L216) (on the right is a parking lot). Follow the Morsbachtalstrasse for approx 2Km straight ahead, the the Breitenbruch appears on the left side.
